Salimo Abdula Foundation focused its efforts on developing skills for young people, with a particular focus on preparing them to enter the labor market effectively through employment and entrepreneurship. Two strategic partnerships were established through the signatures of Memorandum of Understanding with FUNDE and later with Field Ready, , aiming at the involvement of adolescents and young people.
The activities developed included the implementation of practical training programs, incubation and acceleration of business initiatives, providing young people with valuable opportunities to acquire technical skills and practical knowledge. These programs will be designed to offer a hand-on approach, simulating real situations of the desktop. On the other hand, the FSA intends to expand access to knowledge in several areas that allow adolescents and young people to make right choices in order to realize their obectives and achievements.
Looking to the future, the Salimo Abdula Foundation aims to expand this fruitful partnership with FUNDE and Fieldready and explore new opportunities for collaboration. In addition, we plan to diversify our programs to cover a wider range of skills, including digital skills and entrepreneurship.
